Most recipes will call for a bit of salt. Thats fine, but it's homogeneous is the mix which means the flavor is uniform. Salt on top hits your tongue directly for a nice pop of flavor.

Using a mirror doubles the amount of time it takes to share an image since I would have to put it in the mirror first. Sorry I can't replicate your issue, otherwise I'd look for a fix.
