Then you sudo chmod. Windows I have to do weird shit with the properties context menu. And even that sometimes doesn't work. I run commands in powershell as Administrator. Still doesn't work.

Fuck Windows.

Because technically it's a little extra work to make games playable after the end of life. It's so much easier to just dump it and run to the next thing. Like Game of Thrones season 8. But the extra work makes it a quality product. It gives it a legacy. Same reason it's a little extra work to add accessibility and pretty colors to my app. Sure my app would work without it but this shit should be an industry standard.
