Best part of this article is the 2 million more vegetarians statistic doesn't account for "I'm vegan at home but it's too hard when eating out" crowd, which is probably half of vegetarians I know lol.

Vegan options at restaurants are more and more common. I don't need to compromise my views on eating animals for the convenience of not being able to eat at some restaurants. By the same logic, what's to stop someone from being "vegan at home" and then going out to a steakhouse?

It's better than also eating steak at home I guess. Although this is probably a wishy-washy liberal opinion to have.
