Only one I don't get is go-go music for Virginia/Maryland/Delaware. Is that a big thing there?

Based entirely on Oregon, in guessing this was not in fact made by an Italian guy traveling the US.

Maybe if he traveled in 1848

I like how Michigan’s upper peninsula is just blank.

As someone who lives in North Carolina, I cannot accept being grouped with South Carolina. I will not deny that some parts of our state (the west minus Asheville) can largely be summed up by KKK and incest, but the idea of being grouped with those creatures below us is unacceptable.

Edit: /s

I got in one little fight and my mom got scared She said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air" (Los Angeles)

Aww, when I google mapped 'bel air' it came up with maryland, which I assumed made sense as it was close-ish to Philadelphia

Edit: should've wikipedia'd

I remember something about him traveling across the United States in the cab. I mean how much would that cost?!

[–] SuperNinjaFury@lemm.ee 0 points 4 months ago (1 children)

In the full version of the opening that they use in the pilot there's an extra verse where he is on a plane.

That makes sense. Thank you for that bit of Fresh Prince lore!

I'd like to file a complaint. Vermont, a landlocked state, is lumped into the "lobster" group.

From Georgia and cannot disagree, Louisiana and Florida are also spot on
