Walked by a tv giving the announcement.

Imagining an onion headline "Man with brain worms to lead national health service."

It's too much. What the fuck

That is the tip of the iceberg. He's not just an antivaxxer. He wants raw milk, full of deadly pathogens, to be sold legally in stores. He's an AIDS denialist (he says it's caused by gay people partying all the time). He says cell phones, wifi and 5G all give you cancer. He also says 5G can be used to control people's behavior. He says school shootings are caused by psychiatric medication. He doesn't just say COVID was created in a lab as a bioweapon, he says it was created in a lab with a specific design to avoid killing Chinese people and Ashkenazi Jews. He says kids being transgender are due to the same "they're turning the frickin' frogs gay" chemicals in the water Alex Jones famously ranted about.

And that's just the stuff we know he's said because he had no problem saying it in front of a camera.

the party of "they designed a virus to purposefully cull the population" and "let's not have any measures against infectious diseases". at the same time.

Lol we're already there. 2019 was the most cases the US has seen since the measles were declared eradicated in the country. New York and Washington declared an official state of emergency for it. This year is barely better and we are perilously close to losing its elimination status which would (obviously) make us the only developed nation to hold that honor.

Fun fact, this year 97% of cases were found in people that were not fully vaccinated. Of course this is merely a huge coincidence and vaccines serve no other purpose than turning us and the neighboring wildlife gay but it's worth noting.

Nah, birdflu is coming back.

It's already getting all the Canadian Gooses on the way south, it'll get worse down there and they'll spread it when they migrate North.

Cocoliztli comeback would be out of left field and fitting for this timeline.

cocoliztli:

physician who witnessed the outbreak in 1576, symptoms included high fever, severe headache, vertigo, black tongue, dark urine, dysentery, severe abdominal and chest pain, head and neck nodules, neurological disorders, jaundice, and profuse bleeding from the nose, eyes, and mouth. Some also describe spotted skin, gastrointestinal hemorrhaging, leading to bloody diarrhea, and bleeding from the eyes, mouth, and vagina.

That's okay as long as we get the vaccine stock that was destined for you. /jest

We already did that, and over 5 million people died. Do we have to really do that again?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago

The American people voted for this, so yeah.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago

Evidently, yes.
