The dementias so bad he can’t even keep the plan straight. He got re-elected and now he’s starting a war.

He’s probably trying to pull a Roosevelt since he heard Frankie was president 4 times and Donnie got jealous. Easier to ignore the constitution if we’re at war since the prez gets extra powers.
