Texas argued that federal monitors would undermine state election laws
Texas: Only we can undermine election laws!
I think this ensures that if Texas turns blue, Republicans can't say the election was rigged.
They'll say it anyway, they don't give a fuck and their propaganda network will never say otherwise.
Rather obviously, there's one and only one real reason why they would try to bar federal monitors - because they don't want any witnesses to whatever they're planning.
