Took me a while to realise that it was talking about the non-police role-playing as police.
Not police role-playing sexual scenarios, like it’s some regular daily part of their job.

You aren't required to fire until empty.
True, but I don't know why you'd reload after 8 if that were the case.
Backup ammo in case you need to tactical reload before shooting the concerned bystanders.
