Ostrich is pretty good. A little dry and tough the few times I've had it, but I suspect that was just because nobody knew how it was supposed to be cooked. I've never had any to try and cook though, so I dunno for sure.

Great flavor though
Had it once at a fancy restaurant that specialized in game meat (they’re no longer open). It is still the best meat I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious.
Why is this oniony? Except as an ingredient in the bowl
