I did my first lazoring 5 days ago and I can't feel much difference, but some of my darker beard seem to have thinned out a bit. My beard is ginger with some gray, white and blond hair mixed in. They expected to be able to get maybe 70-80 percent with the laser. I just hope I have the same result as you in a week or so. Facial hair is SO last season.

Fingers crossed! Let's show that beard the door ๐
Let's! I had a beard for neigh on 20 years and can't wait to have a smooth face.
Ironically, out of three brothers, I'm the one who can grow a decent beard. ๐ Or could, rather.
I had to use rogaine (sp?) to get my beard to come in thicker so I can imagine a similar level of satisfaction going the other way. Savor the feeling. Happy for you.
So happy for you!
I have 6 sessions behind me already and it got rid of many hairs already but I know that I will have to do some electrolysis afterwards because of my grey hairs. My plan is to probably get 6 more laser sessions and then do electrolysis.
Im so glad its working fir you! And slightly jealous if the no pain thing! Hahahaha, it works great, but my hair is thick and dark is the face is sooooo painful lol
I'm wondering if that's going to change once I get on E. It's possible I just have (literally) thick skin.
Euphoria from having a high pain tolerance!
The good news is, that hair type is the type that laser is most effective on, so you'll need less of it compared to folk with lighter hair
Could be the type of laser! I also have/had thick dark hair, but the place I go to has some special tech which quickly shoots a super cold blast of something before the laser zaps. I wouldn't say it's painless, but faaar less painful than I imagined it. Anytime I slightly jumped it was due to the sudden blast of cold air.
I have already altered the ~~deal~~ gender; pray I do not alter it any further.
Will we rule the galaxy together??
Noooooooooooooooo!
Wait.. Actually..
Not too shabby.
That's fantastic news. How light is your hair? My facial hair runs quite fair and ginger and I opted for electrolysis instead of laser since all the advice seemed to be that it wouldn't work on me.
Looking at a chart I guess maybe ash blonde? It started almost white when I was very young (and bits of it are heading that way again). Facial hair is a bit more of a dark reddish-brown.
If I end up prepping for SRS, I think that's going to have to be electrolysis (TMI? sorry)
Interesting, well I'm glad you've had results!
Good luck with the rest of your journey!
That has been my experience as well! Prepaid for 6 sessions so I set my expectations around that. Two weeks after my first, one morning ~90% of my hair wiped right off during my skincare routine. I was sooo excited! I seem to just have a few small active patches left which I'm hoping the second session helps with. Definitely putting money down for my legs and arms next time I go.
I'm very happy for you! <3
I hate my beard and there are no clinics near me :/ Hopefully I'll be able to get some sessions at some point
