We were invited friends house for dinner last night. My wife brought potato salad. I like lots of eggs in my potato salad. We had a couple of dozen duck what in the fridge so my wife boiled up a dozen and added them. It's about half by volume hard boiled duck eggs and it's delicious.

not to yuck on anyones yumm, but for this guy, right here, with my two thumbs, i can't deal with hard boiled eggs, i like hard fried, i like scrambled, i can't deal with runny or hard boiled eggs, at all, the runniness due to the change in liquid/gellatinous constitencies i think, and the hard boiled from the overpowering sulfur, just can't deal

I'm with you. This is my nightmare. I wonder, do the hosts like an absurd amount of hardboiled eggs in their potato salad too? Lol
