Isn't Monopoly supposed to be critic of capitlism but noone gets it (like Fight Club is a take on toxic masculinity but toxic douchebags love it because the don't understand it)?
I'd like to audition for the part of the thimble please. I don't have legs, so I could tuck right in there and everything!
I hope they don’t make Chris Pratt the monopoly guy. I can’t take it anymore.
This would actually make sense if it was biopic about Elizabeth Magie.
I heard Margot Robbie is going to play the Battleship.
They already made a battleship movie
They should have the battle ship from the battleship movie reprise it's role in the monopoly movie and make it the gameiverse.
Goddammit I thought this thread title had to be from The Onion
The whole movie is a spinoff of that one scene in Wolf of Wall Street.
Monopoly? the game that was created to teach people how they're being screwed by landlords? and they want to make this into a movie?
I feel like Theodor Adorno would be shaking his head
What's wrong with teaching our youth about the risks of capitalism?
Can you trust a big comoany to do it?
Margot, does it still feel weird to see articles about yourself?
Barbie, The Sims and now Monopoly... What other things from her childhood will she turn into a movie? EZ Bake Oven?
Hasbro gonna Hasbro.
Live action Simpsons
If the production value is even half as good as the porn, that would be kinda neat.
Personally, I'm holding out for Lite-Brite: The Movie.
The only thing dumber would be if someone tried to make a movie about Battleship.
Wait...
I thought it actually manged well all things considered.
I mean, she did explain subprime mortgages pretty well.
Maybe she can create a movie exposing the horrors of unfettered capitalism.
