How did you do the hinges like that?

You try to do them on the inside, fail , then mount them on the outside and insert different color of wood to make it seem intentional.

FYI - In .y experience it's a bit small for a good seed collection.

The proper size would be around 1/2 of your house.

I tried doing them properly, but managed to fuck up the alignment. So what you are seeing is a fix, they are actually mounted on the out side. Sorry to disappoint you.
