Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure J and W aren't in the Latin alphabet.

It's not vocabulary. Hieroglyphics are an alphabet. What a smarty pants dumb dumb that first replier is.

akshually, hieroglyphics use logographic, syllabic, and alphabetical elements to form a logography which can be used as an abjad
