I've seen some shit on the internet. Islamists decapitating hostages with a dull knife. A japanese woman being sufocated in the vacum bag. But this. This is truly disturbing.
At least the bird is actually dead. Live maggots!?
I'm guessing you've never saw those Chinese guys eating whole live octopuses, huh?
That's more of a Korean delicacy than a chinese one.
...
Not thay the chinese wouldn't enjoy some live octopi...
I've had it. Wasn't live, exactly, no head. just the legs they chopped off were still writhing.
Sometimes, the fact that people are still out here eating meat is crazy to me.
I only cook vegetarian after moving together with a vegetarian, but damn do I miss cooking with meat :(
Do you not know people in your life that eat meat? It shouldn't come as a shock to you considering the overwhelming majority of people do eat meat.
I think considering the whole world population the percentage of vegetarians may be much higher than you suspect. People who eat at least some meat are still a majority but probably a relatively small one.
Yes, but how else would they tell everyone that they're a vegan?
The French just can't seem to be satisfied with normal food
Frog legs, snails, birds so decadent you need to hide your shame from God.... Yeah I agree with your assessment.
Not that it makes eating ortolan any better, but the shame thing is made up. It's to inhale the brandy fumes.
Tbf, during the seige of Paris, they were starving and started grabbing anything they could find.
Being French, they would rather starve than not cook whatever they found in the garden or the zoo in a fancy way.
