Once again, personal information is kept to a minimum.
Anyway, the "Alex" that I mentioned before has only gotten worse.
A few things that happened beforehand before the REALLY bad thing I will mention:
They researched the situation in Britain and now support their far-right. They say that Britain should control their borders because "they are letting in Muslims who hate Christians and want to kill them." (Previously, they saw news coverage of Palestine on TV and said "Just blow that country away." They also told a little child that was there that the Palestinians "beheaded 40 babies" (which is now widely debunked and even considered manufacturing consent for genocide) and the kid said "40 babies? We gotta get (cartoon character they like) to get them!")
They said that "Germany is getting taken over" by claiming that they were requiring women to wear headscarves. I have not found any evidence for this.
We saw graffiti and they "joked" that "an illegal immigrant did it." I said that it wasn't funny and they got furious and told me to "take a joke." I even told them to go talk to their therapist about it and they said "they have more important things to talk to."
And, boy, here it is:
There was a murder (location I will not name) where a person killed multiple people over a property dispute. I am trying to keep specific details about the murder to a minimum to preserve my privacy.
The first red flag was Alex stating that the victims were "illegal aliens." I asked them how they know, and they just said that they were Mexicans and that "they probably came here illegally." No evidence whatsoever provided. There is no evidence at the moment of the immigration status of the victims.
Alex said that they felt sorry for the perpetrator over reports of their side of the property dispute, and stated that the victims' deaths were "unfortunate" (not even horrible, just "unfortunate") but that "the [victims] shouldn't have treated the [perpetrator] like that."
I asked them if they could at least settle the conflict peacefully in court. They just said "maybe" or something like that. Not even "yes, they definitely should have." Just "maybe."
They also said that the perpetrator's family should sue the victim's family and even call ICE.
I got furious and argued with them. I said that I believed they were trying to justify the murder and that they sympathized with the perpetrator not because they were wronged (or at least that is reported, details aren't fully known), but because the victims were Mexican. And I said that was unacceptable. They, of course, also got furious and threatened to walk away (they didn't).
These are all the details I can remember.
Anyway, as I mentioned earlier in a comment, I am currently unable to leave this situation, although I will soon be able to in around a couple weeks I believe.
This is a scary development. I am scared of what they will further devolve into if they do not change.
I will make it clear when I am able to leave that, if they do not change, they will not be able to see me again.
