Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

I rode on this recently. Currently only one line, but they have the entire map ready with all the future lines listed. This will be a godsend as the traffic in ho chi minh is awful.

The gap is minimal from what I remember. So you should be fine. If you've ever ridden on a Chinese metro it's the same setup.
