I feel there's a little bit of wishcasting going on here. How much has the media narrative been slipping away? Sadly it looks like Trump's polling has made somewhat of a recovery although part of that could be due to partisan pollsters responding to Trump's accusations that other polls are "fake". This means we need to fight harder and keep doing the work so his polls go down. Conservatives are still stuck in an echo chamber. We need to get them out of it. I think the best way to do it so take away the fuel/money that powers the propaganda machines rather than trying to reason with individual people.

Also as for wondering about the next crazy thing he'll do I don't think much about this much because it I think it might help keep us in a cycle of trauma. I'd really recommend reading this article "I’m A Psychologist Who Specializes In Narcissists. Here’s What We Need To Do To Stop Trump.". I personally just focus on what I can be doing each day to make a difference and hopefully use my voice to make other people feel empowered and realize they too have a lot of power to make things better just by using their voices and contacting a few people and doing things like that.

He starts going after native americans

Gorsuch would weirdly lose his mind.

You know how people get weird hobbies when they get older? I think Gorsuch went too deep into native american law and has somehow internalized it despite his conservative leanings.

Pretty clear to me that he’s going to rattle markets again. Either with more tariffs bullshit like today, or declaring something fucking insane about treasuries, or purposely devaluing the dollar, whatever. It pleases his owner.

Yeah but the story has lost its bite. We know all the bullshit posturing he will make and unless the market actually collapses people will just brush it off.
