So it's a ligature supported by two fonts.
How is it AI-proof? Because AI will read it as the underlying "am-" text instead of long tilde? Doesn't that mean AI will just start sprinkling "am-" around in its output like it currently does with em dash? AI has no problem with Unicode emojis and junk, why would this be any different?
And if more fonts start supporting this ligature - specifically browser default fonts - then they'll happily display the long tilde in AI-generated output just as easily as they would in human writing.
This seems stupid and pointless, what am I missing?
