What a load of nonsense from a corporate boot licker
Remote work making downtown commercial real estate less necessary/valuable has fuck all to do with whatever you guys are claiming is woke this week.
Terrible attempt at journalism. They can't stop themselves from implying that the "woke city" (whatever that means) owns the building and only admit that it's actually owned by a hedge fund and a property management corp below the fold.

You know exactly what woke means and what it means in the context of this story. Now you may not like the word, you may not agree with people using the word, but you know what it means.
I don't, actually. "Woke" seems to mean something different to everyone I ask.
