There’s some very weird, strange and dangerous shit going on out there right now. In America, they are persecuting people for using their right to free speech and voicing their dissent. This is happening now.

In America, the richest men are taking satisfaction in abandoning the world’s poorest children to sickness and death. This is happening now.

In my country, they’re taking sadistic pleasure in the pain they inflict on loyal American workers.

They’re rolling back historic civil rights legislation that has led to a more just and plural society.

They are abandoning our great allies and siding with dictators against those struggling for their freedom. They are defunding American universities that won’t bow down to their ideological demands.

I already do cry a river. It's a nightmare world we live in with social machine users dehumanizing people in mass. So detached from goodness favoring people like Donald Trump as leaders since March 2013.

Weird and strange doesn't normally concern me, diverse communities like sexual practices and different languages many people are scared of - scared of immigrants and people who travel on airplanes from other places in the world are "strange and weird". What is bad is badness itself. Hate, liars, deception, falsehoods, war, violence, dehumanization. Machine lust for power like Elon Musk promotes to the population, to love social machines and hate human persons.

Bruce Springsteen is criticizing Donald Trump for wanting to take over Canada and make it a 51st state by bullying and manipulation. I don't see that as "turning inwards", I see that as conquest and power concentration in the very wealthy and powerful.

Bruce said a lot of words, I notice you didn't quote any of what he said to indicate in context what you mean.

There is a crisis that many people on the World Wide Web and who consume media from HDTV believe that "freedom to hate" is what is important, "freedom to be evil" is what they desire. These terrible moral values of being attracted to badness itself have turn into cult and religion behaviors of praising the wealthy no matter what they do. Donald Trump and others in the White House being role models and leaders.

People in year 2025 who instead of celebrating neighbors in Canada, celebrate force of power to manipulate Canadians into badness. This isn't freedom as much as compulsive reactionary Twitter machine thinking.
