WITHOUT modern medical assistance, bird flu has a greater than 50% mortality rate in humans.

In comparison, COVID was only 12% with its first strain, and has dropped to under 3% with some of its most recent strains. And COVID still had an epic impact on our medical system, bringing many parts of it to the threshold of collapse and causing significant numbers of excess and non-COVID-related deaths.

On the one hand, I don’t want to subject our communities to that kind of a death toll. Especially the innocents, like children.

On the other hand, these alt-right morons really need to experience FAFO and the consequences of their decisions.

I’m glad I read a second article about this because the first one was clearly biased towards the farmer and didn’t have all the information. This one included how many birds had already died (over 10%, which is a lot to me) and how much disproved science masquerading theory was brought into court. Even if the birds were beneficial for science, it needs to be in a lab controlled setting with proper protocol so it doesn’t infect everyone around them.

Have fun wallowing in H5N1 bird shit, convoyers!

Every time convoys aggregate on someone’s property the land owners end up getting screwed over. So go ahead, call in all the trucks and the hateful flags, it’s party time.

One irony here is if the freedom gang who don’t believe in germ theory all converge on the farm… and contract H5N1.

Another is that the farm’s defense for avoiding the cull is that the ostrich’s antibodies are being used to combat COVID and H5N1.

The truck envoy found a new cause. I’ll let a couple of my ontario neighbours know. They can take their big hateful flags to the farm
