From what I've read, he wears diapers, and regularly shits himself. I want to believe this is the truth, because it would be funny.
I think it has to be. This has been corroborated as far back as when The Apprentice was filming.

Edit: picture this- this building with this banner at night. The banner in flames at a rightward angle. At the bottom of the banner where it's burning, the cheaply made plastic based banner melts as fast as it burns. Dripping, black molten plastic stalactites feed tiny black plastic stalagmites below.
