We've been trying since January (on a lot of social medias) to prevent this, and thought Gas would be the first to go. Landlord doesn't has to evict-- they're free to repossess immediately. Please pitch in how you can, u have permission to crosspost. Thank you thank you thank you.

From everything I know about this subject (and while I'm not a lawyer, I do have fairly significant experience in this arena), that line in the lease very much does not free the landlord from needing to follow the standard eviction process. Please contact someone who is familiar with tenant laws in your area.
