You know, what if this is all a long op to be unable to be convicted of a crime. Being so high-profile of a nazi and showing up to all court appearances in swastikas but also being black, means that they can't find a jury. If you aren't a white supremacist, you are biased against him because of the swastikas, if you are a white supremacist, you are racist against him. No jury can be formed.
