USB C charging

I was so excited that another ebike manufacturer is adopting USB C as the input for charging an ebike. But alas, they meant that the bike can charge a phone via a USB C output port.

The wait continues.

Don't set your hopes too high. Ebike chargers wattage typically starts where the most powerful USB-C chargers end.

Have a look at Ampler Bikes. That's an estonian manufacturer, and i believe they’ve recently made their first usb-c rechargeable ebike.

I'm more interested in belt-drive bicycles, and this market is much broader. Quite hard to make up one's mind, which bike to consider to buy)
