Is it time to start an Infomaniak community on Lemmy to post news and Q&A?

I’ve recently picked Infomaniak for my buyeuropean/degoogling process and I think it’s pretty great, but the online dicussion is really limited compared to Proton or Tuta.

Yes, I switched to them somewhat recently to escape google for email and cloud drive. I was paying something like 3 dollars a month to google for an extra 100 GB of drive storage, switched, and now I am paying something like 1.50 for 1 TB of drive storage.

Couldn't be more pleased so far.

Infomaniak is really good. I’ve been a kDrive and kMail (after Google Drive and Gmail) user for years and I’m really happy with the products.

I only wish kDrive was available as a Flatpak to make updating it easier.

I guess they should be talked about as much as Proton.

Infomaniak appears to be a random web hosting company. Why is it of particular degoogling interest? Am I confusing it with something else of the same name? Is it an app, or what?

Nah, it's the thread creator's job to not post clickbait. But ok, it looks a little bit like hosted nextcloud. Hetzner has that too, if anyone cares.
