posteo and mailbox for email both costs around 1€ a month but hsve all the features and are relatively private (i mean its email)
google drive nextcloud via homeserver however there are other clowd providers. now depending on what you need goigle drive for there is the option of using syncthing which syncs files that you have set up via your home network. good for documents and smaller files.
for android I use graphene os on a used google pixel 6 pro . Now I would at least recommend to buy a 7 if you want to get into it as the 6 pro is only supportet for 1 or 2 years. Graphene os is a prive and secure android fork that allows you to have greater control over apo permissions and has a bunch of other cool features.

there are also special apps for selfhosting like immich ut I havent tried it.
Google docs and google slides.
on pc there is onlyoffice and libre office
on android there is onlyoffice and collabora office
