OK Mr prez, what's it gonna be? Mexico already signed up for two located in Montana. Cuba will be renting one with Venezuela. I got 15 on layaway from Congo and NK. The Philippines will be getting the nosecones for free if they catch them. The EU have 15 pointing right at us right now. Lol
