Europe doesn't produce that much cotton or wool, so there isn't that much we can do at scale. Biggest one in Europe is Turkey and they are not EU.

Yeah, the prices are pretty crazy. But they have a "subscription" offer, regular delivery of underwear for example every 6 months. With that I got a 3-pack for about 65€. Still crazy expensive, but frankly cheap clothing made in some sweatshop shouldn't be the comparison.
Right? £32 for a single pair of boxers?!
