As someone who's had the misfortune of having to use Salesforce professionally, this might actually improve the quality of their slop.
Yeah thought the same, "can't make it much worse"
If your smart, pull your investments from them because it's only a matter of time before they push some AI built update with minimal/no oversight and totally fuck up, like crowdstrike did.
Totally fucking up has zero consequences when there is no competition and you can afford the lobbyists to keep it that way.
What laws are preventing competition in the CRM space?
