Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. - No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. What do you honestly think they could've done to stop it?
If they couldn’t do anything to stop it, why would OP care if they’re paying attention or not?
I never said they couldn't do anything, I'm saying they did about what they're legally allowed to do minus some restraint for not wanting to even be perceived as interfering with an election.
They blew the whistle so many times it seems yall became deaf to it.
What? I don’t even know what you’re arguing anymore. I swear lemmy is so much more toxic than Reddit could dream to be. I’ve been Reddit free for over a year and this kind of arguing for the sake of arguing is just non stop here. It’s exhausting.
Turning off notifications, have a nice life 👋
Wow, that was such an L
🍿
lol. what a nerd.
The same exact thing that I've argued since the beginning of this exchange, that the Intelligence Community did basically all within their (Legal) power to stop Trump and then do as much harm reduction as possible during his actual presidency. Thereby making them the most impactful in the internal resistance against Trump.
But yeah blame it on Lemmy toxicity and not just you saying dumb shit like "the intelligence community doesn't care about Trump & Russia".
lol you still haven’t addressed why OP would care whether intelligence knows or not. Them knowing is not a good indicator for action. It just made little sense to me so I was hoping to understand or maybe find out that there are actions they could take.
Instead you continue to argue about.. something else? Idk
We’re all fucking frustrated about trump existing but yeah let’s keep hating on each other great job 👏
Maybe it was John Wilkes Booth?
Lmfao, assassinations that are questionably even linked to the Intelligence Community from over half a century ago are not evidence for what they could've done to stop Trump today.
