Investigations have revealed that the United Wa State Army and the Mongla-based National Democratic Alliance Army agreed to help cover the costs of rebuilding civil service housing in Myanmar’s capital after the devastating earthquake that struck the country in March.

Isn't that interesting. I wonder what deals they've cut now. Or was it pressure from China for these two Chinese-run militias to donate to the reconstructon of Junta's capital?
