It got the show green lit. The movie was the pilot if I recall
yeah it was the pilot and it was dogshit. dunno how the series was allowed to proceed.
The series from what I saw was as well. I tried like 10 episodes or so like 10 years ago cause every nerd ever said it made the prequels not suck. The show is trash and holy shit anakin and ashoka are such a 2000s 19 year old dating a 15 year old vibe
The first season is pretty rough. There's some solid episodes in it, but at the end of the day it's still a show for 10 year olds in a slop franchise lol.
