The Congressional Budget Office has estimated the project could cost as much as $831 billion over the next 20 years.

I thought it was immigrants, fentanyl, Canada and Greenland?

You forgot the gays (specifically people who are trans), not being christian, energy efficiency, clean energy, MS13, TdA, tattoos, and I am sure I am forgetting something else.
