Tactical Barbell Grey Man w1d1

Bench press 4 x 8 @ 180lbs
Zercher squat 4 x 8 @ 210lbs
Dip 4 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
Incline dumbbell bench 4 x 12 @ 40lbs
Pull up 4 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
