I really think you need to google the tolerance paradox.

The ONE thing a society must be intolerant of, is intolerance.

The KKK should be baned because they call for violence. They actively linch people. What are you talking about free speech?

Also, most places don't have free speech, while the biggest "free speech" country is already facist, so I'm not sure your argument of free speech not leading to terrible things hold up.

Canada has hate speech laws and get along just fine?

Oh I'm familiar with the paradox of tolerance, but it is not a consensus view that banning intolerant viewpoints is a good idea. Lynching and explicit calls for violence are plainly illegal and i dont defend them. However the KKK (to the extent that it even exists anymore) does not do those things, at least not officially. The ACLU famously defended the KKKs right to speak in public.
Assuming you're talking about America, the erosion of the constitution is a serious concern but we are far from being fascist (case in point, we are having this conversation without fear of retribution).
Canada "gets along fine" in the sense that they have fewer immigrants than the US or Europe so demographic tensions are not as acute. But there is sure as hell racism and xenophobia there as well. Meanwhile in Europe, with much heavier restrictions on speech, there is I would argue more racism and xenophobia than the US.

I don't know how you can with a straight face say the states aren't fascist the days after scanning of social media scanning

And the courts allow deportation of legal immigrants.

I honestly wish to live in your reality. Sadly it's not actual reality.

Dude you're the one that wants to start arresting people for wrongthink. Deporting people for making antisemitic remarks is exactly the sort of thing that hate speech laws ENABLES. You should be happy about this.

I don't support social media surveillance but I don't think it's illegal to revoke visas based on that collected information. It's un-american in my opinion but that isn't fascism.

The supreme court ruling is also not surprising, Biden gave temporary protection to illegal immigrants and Trump took it away. None of that amounts to fascism.
