The test began a minute ago.

Mike shouts out "I have an issue!"

The teacher can't help but audibly sigh. Then she says "Do not yell. Come to my desk and talk to me. Do not yell at me."

"I need to be excused from the test!"

"Please come to my desk. Do not yell."

"But I need to be excused from the test!"

She gives up. "Why?"

"The net is down."
