The flag of Chad is almost identical to the national flag of Romania, although the colours in Chad flags may vary more than those specified for Romania.

Nah, that is an absolutely adequate mistake. He is dumbass because of being Putin-Trump lover, not because he can't distinguish indistinguishable color shades differences.

It's only acceptable if you're not aware your flag is identical to other flags. Which then makes you an idiot for not knowing. I only vaguely knew this fact, but I'm neither Romanian nor running for president there.
