This article has some of the suspects quotes. He identifies himself as pro-mortalist.

The logic behind it is so dumb.

Bartkus allegedly stated in writings and recordings that he was against bringing people into the world against their will, sources told KCAL.

You cant bring people into this world against their will, because they dont have a will until they are already in this world.
