Went to the local asian supermarket for the first time yesterday and I'm definitely coming back. They have so much more instant noodle brands and flavours than my regular supermarket. And a lot of ingredients and snacks that they don't have in other supermarkets.
I got Vietnamese instant noodles with shrimp taste, it was pretty delicious.
The asian markets in my city are cheaper than the big chains and the produce is always fresh. I can't remember the last time I found a decent lime at one of the chains. The asian market that I regularly shop at even makes their own kimchi and its definitely a step above the mass produced stuff!
It's my go to for everything Asian I cook. So much better than the standard supermarket things. I never knew so many flavors of sambal existed before I went to our local toko.
