first of all, no one did more to push out Joe Biden than Joe Biden during the debate, when he literally died on stage several times in front of God and everybody.
the left had been insisting he was in cognitive decline for years by this point, and consistently dismissed for it. but then his cooked brain was on everybody's TV and suddenly some establishment democrats realized this could not be waved away or dismissed.
so the gears turned and we got his unpopular, Xanax popping, choke artist VP.
