OK, was it Duenan who said he had a screen shot of Gandalf with his Istari shield? I replayed scenes in both versions of the movies, have looked so close and just can't see it.

I think it's the sphere he formed when he said he's a servant of the secret fire etc. From 2:08:04 to 2:08:10 of the theatrical version

Sorry. Been through too much differing terms across mediums using shields in various descriptions.

Barrier would have been more appropriate.
