How to completely remove/delete my reddit/instagram/ticktok/X/facebook etc. accounts (lemmy.world)

Is it possible to run a script that automatically follow&unfollow / post&delete / visit sites of reddit/instagram/ticktok/X/facebook etc. so it confuses them about my behaviors?

Or is there a better way to delete the accounts without them withholding all my information?

If not, is there a script that makes life easier for unfollowing all the communities in reddit?

I think get banned is no the goal here, we ought to think of a way to get them confused. Hard though with IP already revealed

You can change your IP with a VPN or Tor
