Start looking for a different job and use the possibility of a new job as a bit of hope. You mention lack of experience, but also that you job is pretty complex which has to translate into gaining some kind of new, marketable skill.
Also, I'd talk to your partner and explain your feelings about your current employment. It isn't fair for them to be able to pursue their chosen career while you carry the burden of keeping the 2 of you afloat unless they contribute in some other meaningful way.
