I am expecting this to be expanded to a class covering all transgender Americans, but for now, if you are transgender, my recommendation is to continue to wait until we get that class certification. Extra good news: "Just in! A second huge ruling for transgender people! The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just DENIED the government's motion for a stay in the trans military ban case. The government CANNOT enforce it's ban on transgender people in the military still. BIG day for pro-transgender rulings. "
