Been happening to thousands of brown people, quite literally to the pure bliss of conservatives, for well over a decade if not two, but since it happened to a white lady maybe we can do something about it now.
I've literally had two separate conversations with conservatives I know personally, but don't associate with, tell me that children in detention camps deserve to be there because of their parents.
This is the privilege we have as Canadians, but I'm glad Jasmine took the opportunity to amplify the experience of the other people that were stuck with her and equally innocent over her own.
