You also need a third, unbiased source, then cross-reference the information gathered from all sides and build a reasonable conclusion.

That's a good question. Which is why I wrote the second part for those who can't find an answer to it.
Find someone who says they are an anarcho-primitivist and ask them questions
There is literally no such thing as an unbiased source of information. Anyone who tells you otherwise just wants you to switch off your critical thinking when it comes to the sources they say are unbiased, whether they know it or not.
