A 2026 would still be under the 10yr/100k mile warranty.
Extended warranty was to 15 years/150k miles but only if you had the knock sensor installed within the timeframe from the settlement, and only if it failed in a specific way and triggered the sensor and code.
If you’re over 100k miles…you got your moneys worth I guess.
Ahh the hoops I didn’t jump through because I had no idea this issue existed. I’ve been yelling my tag a lot today!
