To add to the other response, you might see it as 1312 as well (for the index of the letters in the alphabet)
Fucking numerology. Now someone is going to count up the words or letters or spaces or the number of times I use the letter "e" and say that because there are 13 spaces and 12 "e"s or 21 words, I must be dog-whistling "all cops are bastards".
The easiest way to avoid being accused of dog whistling it is to just whistle it.
